That’s a mouth full!!
It’s been a long while since I have written a blog. Why? I
can’t really pin down a reason. I have
so much to say about everything, but I just haven’t wanted to share. Which is very unusual for me. I think one of the reasons has been that I
have a hard time focusing on one topic.
Politics, religion, nutrition, running, triathlon…… Politics have been on my mind and in the
forefront with a lot of people I interact with.
The election coming up is one of the most important in the last 100
years. Religion is always on my mind as
my walk with Christ has taken a very positive and dedicated turn over the last
year. My nutrition has evolved so that I
try to keep with in God’s nutritional guidelines, yes they are in the Bible you
just have to look for them. Most
importantly you have to want to see them to experience His grace through
wellness. Endurance training is my job and what I love to do, unfortunately I
have been nursing an injury for the past 2 months and it has been difficult to
inspire others.
Back to the title and the change to the blog heading. Over the past six months or so I have heard
Rush talk about Vegans/Vegetarians in a very negative light. Which is really understandable since most
veg-heads are militant assholes who want to force people to follow their
lifestyle instead of educate and give them another option. The title of this blog and the new tagline
are there for a reason, to stress you can be a Christian conservative and a
veg-head. To some that doesn’t sound
like a big deal, but to those of us who research nutrition know that most
veg-heads are assholes just like Rush says.
They will get in your face and force their views about food, the environment,
their politics and anything else they think you are doing wrong according to
them. Yes I am a veg-head, actually I am
a low fat raw vegan, LFRV.
I think people should eat the way they want. That being said I do think people need to be
educated about their food; where it comes from, how it’s grow and prepared…… ONLY if they want to be educated, no one
should be forced to learn anything. That
does sound weird, but we should be able to read, view and research what we want
not what some radical or government fuck-head tells us we should. If someone wants to spend their lives eating
fast food and playing video games that is their right. A waste, but their right to live how that
want, as long as it doesn’t intrude on others, so be it. Yes, most if not all
of the militant veg-heads are little self-important liberals who want to
control your every move. Like Bloomberg
in New York who tells you how much salt and fat you can have when you eat
out. Now he wants to control your soda
consumption. What a self-righteous piece
of shit!! I think all of those things
are horrible and I would be happy to educate anyone why if they asked me or
read my blogs. It’s none of my business
what anyone eats or drinks and it’s none of yours. Most importantly it’s none of the governments
business!!! The government does nothing
but take away our freedom, chipping away a little at a time. 50 years ago you would have never thought
that some elected official would dare tell you how to eat or drink. Now people are actually thinking to
themselves “well if people can’t take care of themselves someone has to”. Really!!
Is that the country you want to live in?!

up to the election I will speak out with a Christian conservative slant, I will
never lie or make things up like most libs do,
Just the truth as I see it, facts to back it up. Opinions like, Obama is a socialist piece of
shit destroying our country. Which is
easy to back up with facts. I will also
talk about a new direction my training is going, details to come. I will go into great detail on how the Bible
tells us how not only to conduct ourselves but how to eat and care for ourselves. Hopefully you will be educated, enlightened
and sometimes offended. Especially if you
are a liberal, self-righteous, busybody veg-head who is stupid enough to vote
for Obama.
